Superchannel
The first UK project by Danish artists collective Superflex, Superchannel: the Tower Block was an experimental media platform created with and for residents of Liverpool’s oldest high rise block, Coronation Court. The project was initiated for VideoPositive in 1999.
Whilst Director of FACT’s Collaboration Programme, Maria led Superchannel’s development into a comprehensive community media arts channel, tenantspin, with artist Alan Dunn, and a myriad of collaborators and contributors. The project continued to evolve for a further 13 years.
