[one_half]When a major supermarket’s proposals for a new store threatened to spoil Crosby Village, we provided the architecture and planning skills along with the social media know-how required to galvanise local traders and community in a campaign for a positive alternative. The Last Stand Festival was organised to do the most important thing of all – bring people into the village to enjoy themselves. The local community campaign continues to promote and develop Crosby. The campaign is looking at all aspects of the Village and seeks to secure high quality, appropriate, development by a range of investors, particularly Sainsbury’s, a valuable and popular retailer within the local economy.
